Jessika is a pretty name and it goes well with Slade, but change 'Blake'-it sounds too much like a boy's name.

Slade is the surname, I'm guessing. Jessika Blake sounds nice together. I prefer the spelling Jessica though.

jessika blake is alright, and jessika slade sounds fine. but blake and slade are too similar sounding to be put together like that.

Gee, why don't you add some y's and x's and a z or two?

How about jezzyka blayk slayd - I am totally kidding.

K in the middle of a name is too harsh for a girl. And blake sounds like flake

I like the name Jessica but spelled with the c instead of the k... blake is a boys name so i dont especially care for it with Jessica.

it sounds good together.......

blake is typically a boys name but hey it's a middle name whatever

Do your daughter a favor and spell it Jessica so she doesn't have to correct everyone for the rest of her life. If it was common knowledge that people spell Jessica both was fine, but it's not. I have never seen that spelling of Jessica before
