Only if he choking the chicken at work or being sloppy after a quicky and not cleaning up. Sounds like he's doing business elsewhere and trying to give you a hint (he wants to be confronted so he can admit to it).

NO if analyzed Ibet it would come back semen stains or the other you know vaginal fluid. If you ain't been shagging you he is cheating, or he is masturbating on his own time because he isn't getting enough sex from you. To answer your question I would confront him and see what he has for a response. If he looks away or is just not keeping eye contact as we all know that is usually because the person is lying.
