I drew a blank today on three words that describle me. Instead I took them through my thought processes and regular work habbits. What are three words that describe you and why?

I am always responsible of keeping my work and making it on time I am self reliant when it comes to caring for my personnal hygiene and appearance I am ambitious because I stay motivated and keep focussed in what I am doing and effient I do not bring my problems from home to the site that I am working at and I keep a positive attitude and smile I act business like.

This is really about you and the job you are applying for!
If it is a senior role, and you are at that career ladder, the three words that resonate to the job are different to if it was an entry level job.

I would go to a recruiting site like Monster and search for jobs that resonate to the one that you are interviewing. Use descriptive words from those postings as they resonate to a "hiring mind".

innovative: i'm always making new things and working with things that need improvement.

creative: i'm an artist.... that's a very lengthy description there.

level headed: even in tough situations i work things out without turning into a pile of mush or a volcano of fury.

That is a tough question to answer when you are put on the spot! I really, really liked Vegan's answer. Very creative and assumptive...that's what employee's are looking for!

dependable, reliable, punctual, detail oriented, organized, motivated, versatile, confident, etc....
