Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
best game i have ever played, it is certainly one of the best rpg games of this era.
you can always check award sites, like game of the year awards, etc.
Oblivion won 3-4 or something, and alot at the E3 conferences

Before I actually got it and played it I would have said "TES4 - Oblivion"
Now that i have played it and seen how buggy it is - (I ran into a fatal bug that killed my game and I couldn't play anymore) no/.
I would have to give my vote to Either Vice City or God of War. Halo and Halo 2 are both up there.

I LOVE Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess for Game cube. I am playing it now I have already beat it twice! I just can't get enough!!!!
