Do you mean an ounce of CO2 as in mass? Or a fluid ounce as in volume?

If you simply mean an ounce, then the other responders are right...once ounce of anything is approximately 28 grams.

But if you meant a fluid ounce, then your answer depends on the temperature of the liquid CO2. At -20 degrees Celsius, liquid CO2 has a density of 1032 kg/m^3. This is 1.032 g/mL, slightly more dense than room temperature water. A fluid ounce equals 29.57 milliliters. So the mass of one fluid ounce of liquid CO2 (at -20 degrees Celsius) is...

1.032 g/mL * 29.57 mL = 30.52 grams

If you had a different value for the density of liquid CO2, you'd just use that in place of the 1.032 g/mL I used.
