Take the OLONGAPO bus the ride is 2 hours. Then depends or where you want to go in SUBIC BAY take a jeepney they'll be at the bus station. Different colors jeepney go to different places

from dau bus terminal, take the victory bus going to olongapo city, it's around 2 hours travel, then take the yellow jeepney going to subic bay

If you really want to be adventureous, get trike from Dau into Angeles. Can get a hire car for about 1,800 pesos - or equivalent of 30 USD. But thats probably better if your not travelling alone.
Either way, it will take 2 hours to get there.

More or less 2 hours by bus. Take Victory Bus if you can find one.
