Mean is she crazy aaliyah was good but not that good i mean she had nothing on mariahs 5 octaves or whitneys voice now she can out sing britney spears or ashanti but not christina aguilera her going up against mc or wh would have been a joke.

That type of singing wasn't so much Aaliyah's thing. She was R&B, soft and hype. She wasn't going for the long and high notes, she just sang. Her voice is very pretty, but it shouldn't be compared to more extreme singing from Whitney and Mariah.

I a useless ringer for Mariah more beneficial useful because she's so ghetto-fab.
