Maybe you can get enough people to go with you on renting a room at a hotel, such as Comfot Inn, which offers a pool, game room, and you can bring your own music; such as cd player, etc,
They willl supply the area where you can hang out with your friends and family, chaperoned Of Course. Depending on what date your party is set for, usually during the week better results are given, then on the weekend- more choices,etc.
Why don't you have your parent call a few hotels and see if you can get a good price. A think they will provide a place for refreshments too; such as cake and beverage.

I suppose it depends on your mood because some people feel their old (no offense or pointing to you) even at young ages and ask for people not to make a fuss but others go wild and drink the most alcohol the've ever drunk since that one night back in 190 blob on his best mates mothers aunties,step sisters,grandads sons stag do. And if money is limited then it has to look good but be cheap hmm. I say if you having a lousy day have a quiet drink with your close friends, if you feel great! Then invite everyone and get drunk! :) xXx

I would make sure to hint this upcoming celebration to all I know and hope one of them will have the sense to throw a party for me, as they did when I turned 40. If you prefer, ask all invited guests to bring along a goodie or two.

for my fifteenth birthday i....*thinking* i don't know what i did but I'd like to do something with a few of my closest friends like going rollerblading, to a water park, or hiking.
