I was 8 months old when my mum got mine done for me. I don't remember it at all and I am grateful to her for getting it done for me as I wouldn't have the guts to do it now!

I had my daughters ears done at 4 months. As long as the baby has had her first set of shots, (Which they do before a 3 months old) it is fine too do. Plus she won;t have to worry about it when she is older and since she wasnt older when we did it she didnt even notice, so she never tried to play with her ears

***Wow someone cannot handle the truth so they gives thumbs down...How very mature

Well I live in the US but here you have to be 6 weeks ( or first shots) they might have gotten the shots early~!!! my daughters was done at 8 weeks b/c it is so much better and easier for them because they are used to them and will not pull them out that young and when they get older they just think it is apart of them so they do not mess with them!! Mine is now 14 months and no problems what so ever!!

I had my little girl's ears pierced on Valentine's Day (she was 5 1/2 months old) so of course she's had several rounds of vaccinations already. They pierced with 24K gold to prevent an allergic reaction, and you watch them take them right out of the sterile package. I was very pleased with the whole process :)

Actually when you do infant ear piercing you should do it at 2weeks to a month do to the ear lobe is really thin and it is easier to do plus it heals faster . that is the best time for infant ear piercing also it is also easier to take care of due to they are not Mobile and don't realize it is there so they will not play with it .

My baby's ped. said it was better to wait till she was 6 months old, I still have not done it. I'm a little scared for her to get some kind of bacteria.
