It all depends on the situation really. I have flown hot and quit a job before, but I regreted it in the end. If you need income and you haven't already quit, I would find another job first. Plus, if you put in your two week notice and follow things through to the end, that is one less flaw they can try to pin on you regardless of how much they may have deserved it. Best wishes.

What happened to the 2 week notice? I would recommend letting your boss know and give them the 2 weeks, unless this job really isn't a big deal and you don't need it as a reference in the future. If that is the case then just wait for them to call you.

Depends on why you quit. If its a job you dont really care about then aah who cares. But if you want to leave in good standing(which is never the case) then call now.
