Check out your local community first. With not knowing where you live I cannot direct you to audtions that may be posted on the internet. Your best course of action is to find yourself an agent. Don't get your hopes set too high, nothing happens overnight. Do tryouts for your school drama and find out about any events in and around your community. Start with auditioning at local theatres first before you go after the big stage. You will find you really enjoy the local level probably a lot more than the big stuff. It can get pretty nasty in the big league and your community stuff you will find that you get recast in many more roles. Plus the bonus of hanging out with kids that have the same interest you have. You will make life long friends. Enjoy yourself and take your time. Don't rush into something that looks real promising when your own backyard may have years of entertainment for you.

well you can find kids auditions on backstage.com, actorsaccess.com, and showfax.com.
but you need an account (that's paid) and a parents permission.
