I can definitely relate to your question. I have had a complicated life also. I guess things that are complicated force you to make decisions in certain situations. This is where you get the most "personal growth"

well... I guess it's kind of like the "why is ruining something always easier than fixing it?", or the "why is forgetting easier than remembering?"
It's just the twisted way life has of making us appreciate the good stuff. See, it's pretty messed up, but if you go through hell first, you can appreciate heaven much, MUCH better. But everything happens for a reason, so don't lose hope and remember: complicated is way more rewarding than simple, that's why there's always strings attached.

It can be, just go live in the woods. No strings anymore.

Watch any group of animals and see what their life is like. Compare this to the security you have as a human in a civilized country. And marvel at how FEW dangers you actuay have to deal with.

if there were no strings then life would be too easy and everything would be too easy to accomplish, like college for example it's challenging and expensive and if it wasnt everyone would be going and graduating with the greatest of ease, and love is like an old lady's sewing bag (filled with strings) and without all of those strings there would be nothing left and it would be too empty.

It’s all a matter of perception. Often people complicate matters, because they do not like the situation as is. By adding in more factors, in an attempt to get a different result, things begin to snowball.

Because if things were simple there would be no need for Pompous and Self Aggrandized people on the earth.

What would we do with all those people?

Because people don't do "favors". And even if it is genuinely a favor the recipient has a guilt complex of "owing" in return.

strings lead us to other strings, and back to the very beginning of time.

I don't think things can ever be simple, but many things could be simplified.
