Only the ones that mean something. Don't let yourself get buried in clutter.

Get you a Rubbermaid container from Walmart for less than $7 and make that the storage area for your childhood keepsakes. Every once in a while go through the container to see if you still have the sentimental value to the items inside. If not, toss the ones you no longer want to keep so that you make room for more items. I do think it is special to keep some things so that you can reflect on them as well as share them with your own children some day.
Good luck!

Not unless you plan on having children one of these days and if you do you might like to give them to your children when they get old enough to appreciate them as I did with some dolls I had when I was a kid I kept them even though they were taking up space I still kept them in hopes that someday I would have children and they would be girls, well that day came but I had only a boy but still kept my dolls hoping to pass them along to one of my relatives children. Good Luck

Yes Keep them, if you throw them out you will regret it. Get you a plastic container with a lid and store them in there.

Personally I think you should keep them, because they remind you of when you were in 3rd grade. So I think you should keep them.
