Oh come on, obviously those crimes were someone else's fault. Maybe their "underpaid" teachers or the government for not giving them free college educations, or conservatives for expecting personal responsibility.

Got to be honest with you, I don't see that happening.
I know that libs want to coddle most criminals because they always take the position that criminals are not responsible for the crimes that they commit, just the way welfare leaches are not responsible for the fact that they don't have the ambition to get up, turn off Oprah/Wrestling/Maury Povich and get a job.
In the case of this scumbag, the US Supreme Court has decreed that you can't execute someone who has an IQ of less than 70, and we all know that there's paid mouthpieces out there who will testify (for money) that anyone who hires them has a low IQ.
Personally, I don't see him getting a second chance. He'll either get the death penalty, which is used quite regularly in Florida, or he'll get life in Raiford or another of our institutions of confinement. I can hope that, should he be spared the official "Ride the Lightning" sentence, he'll get the normal treatment that "Short Eyes" prisoners get in prison.
Maybe he'll discover Jesus in prison because, like Dennis Miller says, in Florida, half the prisoners are named Jesus. We know how Spanish men feel about child molestors.

Serious accusations and no links to back them up... why am I not surprised. Why not take it a step further and just say outright that libs endorse kidnapping, raping, and burying 9-year old girls, as long as you're steering clear of rational or intelligent debate anyway?

Where you you get off making a general statement like that? If you want to sound half way intelligent and informed, quit blaming the liberals for everything. Just because someone is a liberal, doesn't mean they support murder, rape and kidnapping. Get a clue!

I think it might be the balance to the conservatives giving the wealthy corp America a free pass on stealing the public dough and being able to get away with massive, nation ruining frauds.
It was a trade off the 2 sides made.

How are liberals involved in the Jessica Lunsford case? This is just stupid, is the ACLU involved or are liberals calling for the man not to get the death penalty? You provide no source and your question shows your ignorance.

Maybe for the same reason that Bush didn't do anything about John Mark Karr and his previous child porn charges that he ran to Thailand to escape. Why is he out on the streets now, living large after lying to federal investigators about the Jonbenet Ramsey murder, and why was he never put on trial for the child porn?
Want me to keep going, or are you going to stop being ridiculous?

Because no one is personally responsible for their own actions..DUH! (sarcasm)
I live in one of the few states who won't adopt Jessica's law because it's ran by liberal child molestation supporters.
