My husband and I tried for 2 years also. I had multiple miscarriages and all these test to find out why but no one could tell us. Have you been charting your temperature to see when you are ovulating. Have you tried buying a ovulation test and trying that? If none of that will work then I would talk to your ob/gyn about fertility drugs/treatments....They will usually do what they know before they have to turn to drugs or treatments. I would talk to him/her and see what they say....
By the way... Have you both been tested for infertility??
Good Luck and Stay positive
I feel and know your frustration
God Bless you

There is hope! First, is diet. When your blood sugar is off it suppresses ovulation. You may not even know that your blood sugar is off, so cut out the simple sugars and eat only complex carbs and more protein. Go to a health food store and get chromium-it helps keep a balanced blood sugar. Look up "low glycemic index" foods and eat those. This helped me-I didn't ovulate for 6 months and this helped a lot. Also, get the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler. Can look it up on half.com or amazon.com. Look up Natural Family Planning and find an instructor near you. The Couple to Couple League teaches these classes. You chart your temperature and it will show you when you ovulate, then you have sex at that time and way increase your chances of getting pregnant. Fertility issues usually fall into two categories-either you are not ovulating or you are not receiving sperm when you ovulate. You can only get pregnant about 2-5 days out of the month so it's not as easy as it seems. If you do the Natural Family Planning you will find out if you are ovulating or not. I have had other friends do all these things mentioned above and they always get pregnant even though the doctor said they will never be able to have children. Bless you!

You could have a tipped uterus. This is what I found out for you.....
The uterus is the hollow, pear shaped organ where a developing fetus will grow. The uterus is normally in a straight vertical position. Some women have a tipped or tilted uterus, in which the uterus is tipped backwards toward the back of the pelvis.
What causes a tipped uterus?
A tipped uterus may occur for several reasons including:
As a woman matures the uterus may not move into a forward position.
Childbirth can tip the uterus forward or backward. If the ligaments holding the uterus in place stretch, or lose their tension during pregnancy, the uterus can become tipped. In most cases, the uterus returns to a forward position after childbirth.
Scarring from adhesions as a result of endometriosis or fibroids can also cause the uterus to shift to a tilted or retroflexed state. Sometimes a uterine suspension is used in conjunction with treatments for endometriosis to prevent the formation of adhesions after surgery.
What are some symptoms of a tipped uterus?
Some women do not experience any symptoms. However, the primary symptoms of a tipped uterus are:
Pain during sexual intercourse or dyspareunia.
Pain during menstruation or dysmenorrhea.
Other symptoms may include:
Back pain during intercourse
Minor incontinence
Urinary tract infections
Fertility problems
Difficulty using tampons
How is a tipped uterus diagnosed?
Your physician can perform a simple physical exam to determine if you have a tipped uterus. This can be done during a routine pelvic exam. If you suspect that you have a tipped uterus, discuss it with your physician.
Compare your symptoms than check with you primary pyhcisian. I hope you ar okay. Good Luck!

I just read that you need to up your aminoacids (Orange Juice) intake to help your eggs.
But if you have been trying for 2 yrs you need to go to a doctor to check out your eggs and his sperm. I am sorry, but after this long while, its not the time to start doing at home remedies for your situation. Try a doctor for a 2nd opinion. :)
If by chance you and your hubby can not produce please consider adoption. There are so many unwanted children in this cold, lonely world. I also hope you are not one of those ignorant people who say you will only parent your own biological child - if someone has that type of attitude they should not be a parent in the 1st place.
I wish you best of luck with this emotional situtation.

Are you both able to have children? If not, try adoption there are so many children and babies needed to have a great home full of love. Having your child isn't everything. Being able to love any child is a great gift.
