You have to call customer service whatever you do - don't keep trying to guess lol I did this once and fried my sim card...sucked

PIN number is on the SIM card, and the default is 1234. If you have changed it your SIM may ask for a PUK code to reset the PIN, and you have to get this from your carrier.

i have the same phone and problem. call cingular and tell them what happen and they will give default codes or will set up a code and send a signal! cingular has diffrent departments and phone numbers but be patient and ge to the right one! btw, be sure to have the social security number of the person who handles the phone plan.
