not really sure where else since I've never had to shop for bathing suits for that age group...sorry.
but why does it have to be a bikini?
girls are forced to grow up fast enough, no need to put them in grown up bathings suits already and no matter how childish looking the suit is, a bikini is not really for children in my opinion. why not try a tankini? that's a bikini bottom with a more covering top...like a tank top or halter....
