how can you compare the two if one is a cell/mp3 and one is just an mp3 player?????
They're PRIMARY function is diffrent. One is primarily a phone, and the other is primarily a mp3 player.

I'm not crazy about the RAZR either as a phone or a music/video player. For a bit more money you can get one of Nokia's Symbian phones, which will play both music and movies and also (usually) support memory upgrade cards. The RAZR is a "dumb" phone and doesn't actually do very much. An iPod is a dedicated media player, so it does this better than any phone (so far) does, but if you need a phone and only want to carry one device, I'd recommend a Symbian phone. Check out the Nokia 5500 Music Express.

First of all RAZR is overrated, it sucks. A lot of people buy it just for the design. Definitely an iPod is better, but if you want my advice, I suggest you to think about buying an iPod or a W-Series Sony Ericsson Cell Phone. A W-Series is much better than a RAZR.

I would say the razer because it has more features to it!! Like the ipod is mostly for listening to music but you can also listen to music with your razr because it has mp3!! Plus the raxer is used for calls and so much other stuff that the ipod is unable to do!! So I think the RAZR!! : )

RAZR in the end is just a cell phone. IPOD though, thats portable entertainment. IPOD is better.

Hmm..I have both, but I'd probably have to say I like my RAZR better, just because I can keep in touch with people on it..But, The iPod freakin' ROCKS:D

Ipod.
Razr's are starting to fade away from being the "it" thing.
But the Ipod is obviously going to be cool for a long time.

I have both but I cant shave with my ipod. It depends on if you want to listen to music or grow a beard
