Basically I can 3 out of 4 panes of glass. The top part, inside and outside. The Bottom I can only clean the inside part, so how do I clean the outside part of that glass?

buy the window cleaner in the bottle than attaches to the outside garden hose and spray the window thru the screen
It fantastic
no streaks, and cleans the screen too

Just take off the screen and then you will be able to clean the glass.Won't your screen come off? Try.

can you slide the screen up or over? sometimes they have hinges for this
