Any body know if this is some thing that does not belong in my computer?

I keep getting a block question that I have to answer yes or no.when checked out it took me to C.O.M.O.D.O. *.hitbox.com. It seem conected to certificat's and security.

That is definitely a spyware. You should get a decent spyware remover, such as spy-bot search and destroy from www.filehippo.com and do a spyware check.
