Um, you haven't heard of the continent of Europe? It's where Great Britain, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Poland, Switzerland, Austria, Hungary, Belorus, Ukraine, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Sweden, Romania, Greece, Belgium, The Netherlands, Monaco, The Czech Republic, Slovakia, Luxembourg, and a few other neat countries hang out.

It's a difficult question. Geographically, it is the continent of Europe, that stretches from Britain to the Urals Mountains. Politically, under Europe we mean the European Union. Culturally, Europe is limited to Catholic and Protestant countries. It all depends on what criteria you prefer to use.
