Sure has..its the publics way of not accepting responsibilty...Isnt the world we live in wonderful?! just a bit of sarcasm there

Excepting personal responsibility has been replaced by "I'm a victim" mentality. I don't know when, or why it happened, maybe it's always been that way but most people seem to blame everyone else for their bad choices, like the government and want someone else to fix it, like the government. Very ironic and sad.

pretty much.
the word "stuff" has become a word which many people use to express things they did or illegal activiities so no one around them gets whats going on.
not all the time i mean, but sometimes.
