For a stallion to compete under BSJA rules, it must be registered and wear a bridle disk, to denote that is an entire, whilst at BSJA competitions.

You can have your stallion graded through the Anglo-European Stud book http://www.angloeuropeanstudbook.info/mares_stallions_grading.htm or Sports Horse Breeding GB http://www.sporthorsegb.co.uk/stallions/stallion_grad.htm

(The above links will take you directly to the page related to stallion grading).

Stallion gradings are generally held in April and November each year.

You could also contact the BSJA http://www.bsja.co.uk/howtojoin.html to discuss your stallions previous BSJA record, and how he is currently registered with them.

if your in the UK horses are are graded in showjumping advanced dressage or eventing and almost half of them are competing at international level.to become a graded show jumper an aes stallion needs a 5 star vetting and show talent which yours does for showjumping. your horse needs to go to an initial stallion grading show and be able to prove himself to be graded a horse can be graded up and down depending on his performance, stallion shows are held in April and November in Holland France Ireland and England you need to enter your horse with a current 5 stage vetting certificate and his pedigree all of this should be sent with his entry form.the aes runs the classes and they are the people who decide along with how well he does at showjumping to whether he makes the grade or not good luck

All of the associations I have dealt with came to my place to inspect and grade. Give the of the association a call and see what they say.
