my husband and i need to seek fertility treatment, however my state funded insurance is refusing to cover it, I live in MA and was born with a cardiac condition, so i cant obtain any other insurance. My cardiologist informed me if we want to get pregnant i only have a limited amount of time were he would consider it safe, since my condition is slowly worsening. Becoming a Mom has always been my dream, and i'm desperate to find an affordable program or funding, any advice?

It isn't uncommon for insurance to not cover fertility. Mine does not cover it.
However, depending on how in depth it needs to be--it can be affordable out of pocket.
Of course the tests will be more expensive than the prescriptions--in most cases.
Some fertility clinics offer a "credit card" for procedures. I have seen the pamphlets in the Dr's offices. So you can make monthly payments.
I would expect if it is an easier fertility time it would cost roughly $400-$500 for the exams and tests and then maybe $100 for the prescriptions if you only needed Clomid. But I am not positive.

I hate to tell you this, but most insurance do NOT cover infertility. They don't think this is a quality-of-life issue but yet covering Viagra for men to get an erection is. Irks the hell out of me everytime.
Like you, I want children eventually. My life would just not be right without little ones. If I were you, I'd be looking into low cost home equity line of credit or second mortgages to cover the cost if I don't have insurance that covers it. I won't be too proud to accept temporary financial help from family and friends either. I'm not giving up on my babies just because insurance won't cover it.

Now everyone can cure infertility using this natural remedy http://pregnancyhelps.info
infertility can run in the family and one of the first things the doctor asks you when you go to a fertility clinic is your family history regarding cases of infertility or other reproductive issues.
If infertility is caused by genetic disorder then it's not unusual that one of the kids (your mom) doesn't have it and another does (your aunt).
two months of trying is still to early to be concerned about the fact that you might be infertile and it's also quite early to go to a fertility specialist. Go to a regular Obgyb to get a closer insight and see what ways there are are to improve your fertility rate.
Also remove alcohol, caffeine and cigarettes from your life because they might influence your chances too. Stress is also a risk factor when it comes to infertility.

Contact your local fertility clinic's in your area. They have payment options, however you must pay the entire amount before they will go through with the procedures and the medications are very expensive. It's going to cost you about 13,000.00 or so for ONE round of the treatments. Good Luck and God Bless.

you received't discover some thing that covers those options for any such small accurate price. Your best guess is to the contact a community agent and ask them about well being coverage for you and your spouse considering that i take it that you do not have coverage by an company.

IVF (in vitro fertilization) treatment;is very cheap in India. The cost is very low and the medical services are very good in India.
My cousin and her husband got their IVF treatment in India through the Forerunners Healthcare in India and is all praise for this company. She is a known case of PCOS.She is a very happy mother of a baby boy now. She just paid 2500 pounds for the full IVF treatment in India for which she was quoted 8000 pounds in private setup in UK.
Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. I read a lot about them in the newspapers. I have also read about a Chinese couple who planned surrogacy through the Forerunners Healthcare. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery and infertility treatment like IVF, IUI, and ICSI abroad for low price. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery and treatment can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.
