Excerpt from book

D, The exerpt explains it clearly "Reforms gave the vote to farmworkers and most other men"

just look which ones are definatly not it.

A- women, there is nothing about women in this exerpt
B- Industial workers- no talk of industry
C- middle-class men, they did say "most other men" but middle-class is a specific class of people and they did not specify

so then D- farmers you can then deduct that its the correct answer.
