Obviously this is not politically correct, but is it incorrect as an answer? It is three letters, and the prompt doesn't say it had to be people. Remember that creativity is encouraged in this game. I lost a four-to-two vote.

Sorry! You lost points on that one! Because the catagory was "Famous Duos and Trios," it is looking for a specific duo and trio! Not a group of people who's name begin and end in K. K's are hard anyway with any catagory you choose!

I would say it is not a correct answer. KKK is not a duo (2 people) or a trio (3) people. But it comes down to the vote of all the people in the game. You can vote in a creative answer even if not exactly correct to the category. Such as if the clue was sandwich and it was k an knucklesandwich could be accepted.

"Duos and Trios" is generally assumed to mean groups of people or things. A group of three letters is not a trio except under the most literal definition. If KKK were to count as a trio, then so would RRR or LLL and everyone would always get points. Sorry, I would have voted against you too.

yes, it is incorrect, regardless of topic.
the question refers to two, or three INDIVIDUALS that make up a group that starts with "K"
the KKK is made up of hundreds, maybe thousands of ignorant rednecks, and thusly does not fit the catagory.
sunny and cher, a duo
the three musketeers, a trio
think of a band, a performing group. etc.
it has nothing to do with how many letters are in the word, btu how many PEOPLE the answer consists of.
