Well, if you really want to know, it's very rude actually.
Kut= a very bad word for the female private parts or as some dutch may explain but making fun of it: Klompen Uit Trekken or Kom Uit Tilburg.
Aap= monkey, just that no other meanings.

'Kutaap' is definitely Dutch.
It's a term of abuse.

You could also shout 'kutaap!'
right after a real monkey robbed you of a banana
or a cotton candy and the like,
the son-of-a-*****!

well to give the exact tranlation of KUT would be C u nt. and the translations as mangeded before is Monkey.
Can be freely translated as F UCKING MONKEY. DAMMNED MONKEY.

Yeah.....o boy this is just a kind-a dirty nickname.
k.u.t. means "vagina" and aap means indeed, "monkey", or "ape"! Not very polite if someone called you like that.:-))
