The first easy way is to do a RESTORE. You can find that under PC HELP & TOOLS. It is like a time machine and puts your computer back before you loaded that program up.

The second is a RECOVERY. Found in the same place. There you can do two types. The HARD recovery deletes ALL data and sets your computer back to factory settings. The other erases data but then your desktop will have teh same progrms posted on there.

The key is to get rid of all the executables loading during the windows start-up. Once you have done that you need to reboot your PC and then you can delete the folder containing this stubborn program.

Did you use add/remove programs? if so and still didnt work, go and find the program and manually delete it. If the program is being used it wont let you do it that way either but you can always restart in safemode and do it that way.
