i have never heard that one before. sounds kinda out there. if i were you i would just stick to the signs that they have already proven as a sign of preg.

The dark line that some pregnant women get is called linea negra. It is caused by hormones in your body and often doesn't appear until after the first trimester. The line runs from the belly button to the top of the pubic region. Not everyone gets one. I didn't have one, but friends have.

Pregnancy is the result of having unprotected sex. To see if you're pregnant, take a home pregnancy test if you miss your period. Anything else is just silly.

its true the hormones from pregnancy cause the line to darken in alot of women it also cause nipples to darken....tho this can happen for other medical reasons and i've even heard of this happening to women on birth control

All I know is that its called linea negra, and my sister's husband thinks its attractive! haha
