I know it sounds like a funny question, but since i have been pregnant, i find that i am sneezing soo much everyday throughout the day. I have heard that sneezing is your body's way of warding off any kind of germies trying to get into your body, but i really have been sneezing a lot every day, can anyone relate?

I sneezed so so so much during my first pregnancy that I actually brought it up to my doctor. He just kind of laughed it off (and jokingly suggested that since I was sneezing so much I should try to see if I could keep my eyes open during a sneeze, which is of course medically impossible). So yeah, I can totally relate.

I sneezed ALL THE TIME when I was pregnant. I think it's just because your nose becomes more sensitive with pregnancy.

All those hormones dilate your capillaries (sp?) which lets more allergens in your body. For those of us with seasonal allergies, it only gets worse while pregnant. For people who don't normally suffer from allergies, pregnancy might be just enough to kick you into the group of allergy sufferers! So yes, it's VERY normal. If it gets to be a problem (my allergies severely interfere with my sleep,) talk to your doctor because there are some safe options for treatment out there. Hang in there!!
