why is it that if I am in the office I keep going to the restroom I can't control my frequent trip to the restroom, but when I am at home, I can stay in front of the computer more than 2 hours without going to bathroom?

I have to go to the restroom every 15 to 20 minutes at the office it's interrupting my work

But when I am just at home, browsing and posting on the internet, I can control it or ignore it, or I really don't need to go.

It only happen this month, why is it happening now?

You may want to go to your doctor and get checked out for a few things like thyroid and diabetes. Let them know what is happening and they can tell you if it is a problem. The reason you may be able to ignore it at home is that you may not move around as much at home, or you could just be drinking less fluid. Either way every 20 minutes without excessive fluid intake sounds like it may be a medical problem.

It could be they way you sit ( posture). At work you might sit upright which squeezes your bladder. At home you might relax a little more.
