after i put on my regular eyeliner and all in a thin line i then put on my mascera in upper and lower eyelashes but throughtout the day like maybe an hour or two teh bottom eyelashes make it look like i have a thick line of eyeliner on the bottom of my eye because i think teh mascera is like sticking to my eye, any suggestions to help with that becuase it makes me look very tired and not as good as i could , thnx homies!!

Try using a good name brand waterproof version of eyeliner and mascara. It stays in place better.

I had the exact same problem. Buy Some good waterproof mascara, From maybeline maybe?
And use waterproof eyeliner too.
For bottom lashes if you MUST apply mascara make sure it's clear. Saves you from the racoon eyes later on in the day.

Try Maybelline Great Lash mascara, it tends to stay in place for longer wear. It is not necessary to apply mascara to your lower lashes, just apply to uppers. Also try using a translucent powder just under the eye; this will ensure that any mascara that does run won't stick, and keep a compact in your purse, to freshen up throughout the day.

Switch to waterproof mascara. Also, if you are wearing eyeliner on the bottom lash line, you might not need mascara on your bottom lashes. That also might eliminate the problem.

Try using a different mascera. Or get rid of all your old makeup and buy all new stuff.

I use clear mascara. It makes my lashes look real pretty without the worry of racoon eyes.

first I would say dont bother with the mascara. sometimes it is just overdueing a good thing. Second I would say try a more expensive better brand of mascarra.

try waterproof mascara - that happens to me because my skin is naturally oily and if i don't wear waterproof mascara it will be all under my eyes by the middle of the day.

carry a powder compact to freshen your face in the process the day. And consistently upload quite gloss on your lips and rapid brush of your blush to apple of your cheeks. which will upload greater shade on your face.
