As soon as they take Clinton, too, for his refusal to act on Bin Laden when the CIA had a plan and advised him he should act 3 years before 9/11. But he didn't... didn't want to spend the money or stir the waters...
By the way, Nancy, Brenda, whomever you are... Leavenworth is a military prison.

Actually they won't be charged for that. They only let it happen they didn't plan it or were part of executing it. What they will be in prison for is war crimes and their sentences will begin as soon as their trials are over in 2009. The only thing to keep that from happening is Bush runs and hides in Paraguay and Cheney has a heart attack and doesn't survive this time.

Those crimes cannot be proven given any evidence currently available.
And Congress cannot or will not prosecute them for the federal criminal actions that they have admitted committing, despite those crimes having already been confirmed by federal courts.
