I have music files that are in my directory and can be played in Windows Media Player 11 but, I cannot get them to sync to my Zen Vision M. It says they are already on the device and they are not. I've formatted the Zen and did the sync again but, WMP 11 has it cached someone that it thinks the files are on the device and will not sync them. I've deleted the cached files under the sync options as well but the list still shows they are already on the device and skips them. I've even tried to drag the album over to the sync list and do it manually and it ignores the files.

first, uninstall wmp 11, and revert to 10. 11 has many problems as yet unfixed. second, don't bother to fill by syncing, it's time consuming and it duplicates your files onto your computer, and wmp is constantly accessing the internet to try to rename and relabel your music files. all you have to do is open your creative software, and drag your files into music. nothing else.
