I've spontaneously met too few other barefooters to make for a good statistic, less than ten in ten years of barefooting, but most of them were guys.... also online far most people I talk to are guys, and while ten years ago this could probably be explained by the fact that there used to be more guys than girls online, I believe nowadays this is far more equal... still the barefoot groups and forums seem to have more guys posting. So no, I don't think it's a girly thing.

I'm a girl and I like being barefoot (sometimes) but I wouldn't go so far as to say it's a "girly" thing

I don't think its a girly thing at all. I know of quite a few barefooters who hardly ever wear shoes when out, including myself. Being barefoot is comfortable and fun and enjoyed by everyone.

No cause onlytime Im barefoot is when Im in bed. I know lots of relatives that are guys who are barefoot all the time in there house.
Why do you ask anyways? Have you never been barefoot?

No I totally disagree, I think it is normal for anyone to walk around barefoot if they are a boy or girl.

I think it is more of a girly thing then a guy thing. I do it all the time, I hate wearing shoes. Then again I am ALWAYS stepping on thorns and nails.

what's so girly about being barefoot? boy's and girls can be barefoot. don't worry theirs nothing girly about that. trust me.

well yeah i see girls walking barefoot all the time and the girls a pretty to.but yeah i would say it's a girl thing but it's not when u are on a beach.

Sometimes it is a girly thing w/ painted nails etc.
Sometimes it is a poor thing...can't afford to buy shoes.
Sometimes it is a 'hot' thing....phew too hot; take shoes off
Sometimes it is a 'hurting thing' ....awww relief
