You can start by having Saltine Crackers by your bedside and before yo uevn move in the morning, eat a few and wash it down with a little water. Having food in your stomach seems to help. I also heard the Vitamin b-12 helps.

I had morning sickness really bad with both my daughters. Bacially it was 24/7. Didnt know I could do anything about it with my first daughter, but with my second daughter the doctor gave me some medication.

I first suggest that you try an over the counter herbal pill made by "Blackmores" called "Morning sickness formula"

I used that first and it did work for a month or two. Then my doctor put me on "Maxalion" til that stopped working. Then she put me on "Stemertile". Which I used for about 5 months, til I went into hospital due to other health problems.

If they dont work, you have tried other ways and basically you cant handle it anymore there is a drug that your local hospital can prescribe.
Im sorry I dont remember the name of it. But its the same drug they give to chemo paitents to stop them trowing up. And yes, before anyone goes off at me for telling you about, it is safe to use while pregant. All the doctors I have asked said its safe & some of my friends have used it.

But first before you try anything you should speak to your doctor, you could have another problem that is making you sick. I had and still have a hernia & stomach ulsar that was making me sick. Along with a few other health problems

If your morning sickness is really bad you can ask your doc for some medicine to help out. I found that when I ate something when I got up in the morning I didn't get sick, that was the only thing that helped me. Also don't take your vitamin on an empty stomach - I did that once and it came RIGHT back up! Good luck!

Have some saltines right by your bed in the morning and eat them before you even get up. Also I got these hard candies called Preggie Pop Drops from Motherhood Maternity store. I think you can also get them online. They worked for me. Its something to do with them being sour. If nothing really works go to your doctor, they can give you something that won't hurt the baby and you will feel better. Good Luck!! It gets better!!

There isn't really a way to get "rid" of it! There are different things you can do to help it though:) Crackers & Sprite are said to help out & help settle you tummy!

I know the sickness really sucks, im going through it also. But theres not a whole lot we can do but just wait it out until around 12 weeks or so!

I've also heard that ginger (ginger cookies, ginger ail) is also something that helps!

Good luck & Get to fellin better:)

First of all don't drink OJ. I wanted it so bad, but it was just too hard on my stomach.

Try sea-bands... they worked for about a week w/ me.

Eat something sweet sometimes worked.

best of luck! I stoped at 12 weeks... so there is hope!
