If you are just referring to your health, they are the two worst, dammaging drugs you can put into your system. They cause heart attacks, strokes. lung diseases, cancer, alcoholism, shortness of breathe. Cigarette smoking is very addictive as alcohol can be with some. Second hand smoke clogs the arteries as bad as direct smoking. That should get you started not to mention the costs involved especially with the sin taxes of today. Been there, done that.
