What's a good paragraph to deny a job?

Say you have 2 offers from different companies and u finally decide for one. How do you say no thank you to the other one in a very professional way to avoid having a bad impression the next time you apply for that same company?

I am in receipt of your offer of employment. While I very much appreciate your consideration for this position, I have elected to accept an offer which more closely matches my skills and career ambition.
