Were not married yet but plan to as soon as she gets here. Does it help to marry her in the Philippines first.

By airplane. It will probably be easier if you're married first. This way you won't seem like you're trying to smuggle in an illegal alien or something. Less red tape too...I hear.

Nowadays, you can get a fience visa for her so you don't have to marry her first. Go to the INS website and see how you would go about petitioning her. She has to go to the US Embassy in Manila and apply for the fiance visa, I'm not sure what she'll need. The website could explain it.

youre not going to like this dont marry her its will take longer you need to file a 129f with immigration and you have to go and see her and take picture of you two together bring the picture back and file them with your 129f its use to take 129 days only but bush has sign new law and like everything he has done miss it up aswhile i know i been wait over 11 month and we were approval now we are wait again because the us enbassy is back log in the philippines you can call them at 18003755283 immigration good luck i gald you found your angel

that can work but then you have to be a citizen of the philippines to get married there...I would get her a visa and have her come over and marry her as soon as you can to get her legal in the US.

You have to contact there state department and tell them that you are inviting her to where ever you live then she can get a visa .It will cost you a few bucks not sure what it is anymore but i can tell you one thing money talks and bullshit walks to those people very easily bribed to speed up things.
