I used to refer people to amuesmentpark.com, but they seem to be out of tickets. You can try arestravel.com for now.
The best deal is a City Pass, which gives you a 3-day pass to Disneyland resort, as well as admission to the SD zoo and Sea World. Can't beat it.
If you have AAA, you can get discount tickets from your local office at a discount.
Either way, get your tickets BEFORE coming to the park. You'll stand in enough lines, you don't have to stand in another one to begin your day.

Usually the visitor centers in the city of the attraction has discounts as well as the hotels in that area.
