Who owns the shares and profits from war at the expense of the rest of us?

Of the 8 countries in the G8, only Japan is not in the top 10 arms dealers in the world. The US tops the list followed by Russia, France, France, Germany and the UK. These arms often go to third world countries who are forced into arms deals as a condition for aid (disgraceful isn't it!)
More than half of the top 25 recipients of U.S. arms transfers in the developing world were defined as undemocratic by the State Department.
