I've watched most of the movie twice now...the last time, I had to leave about 3/4 of the way through, the first time, I believe I also had to leave before it ended... did she kill her husband, for real? I just did not get it... thanks!

its Gothika. the little girl that her husband raped entered her like a spirit and killed him through Halle Berry's body so it looked like she did it, but it was not hre at all. he totally deserved it, though, he was a creep

the ghost of the dead girl possed her body at the crash site and it was the girl who was a victim of her husbands porn business that actually killed her husband.

yeah, she did but I think the girl who was haunting her was inside her making her do it...which explains why Halle had no memory of the event. Let's face it, her hubby was one sick SOB.
