For a baby, you can tell by counting the diapers he goes through in a day. If it's less than 6 he is dehydrated. If you're talking about something else, then I have no idea!!

He can never get enough milk.....I love milk and drink it straight from the tap whenever I can...mmmmm

There should be at least 5 wet diapers in a 24 hour period.
If he is gaining weight, all is well.

If you're talking about a baby (and I hope you are), you can count the number of wet diapers he's making and discuss with your pediatrician.

well if you arre talking about your baby if it is going in and coming out you should know just keep an eye on his weight.
