I have been seeing my school pyschologist since my sophomore year and she has helped me through many difficult times and I have become really close to her but this year I am a senior so I will be graduating and I won't be able to talk to her anymore, what do i do? is it stupid to feel this way? I'm not sure if I want to see or talk to anyone else (another pyschologist) because theres no one out there like her.

ask her if you can still talk to her after graduation. if not then you're going to have to let go. but otherwise, tell her how you feel and tell her that you really need her help.

It is normal for you to feel this way. Ask your school psychologist if she knows of an outside psychologist who works the way she does who she could refer you to. Also, since school is not yet out you both have some time to look for a suitable person. Remember that just because someone refers you to a particular doctor doesn't mean that is the ONLY person you can go to. Keep looking until you find another psychologist that you are comfortable with. Your school psychologist should also be doing things to help you make this transition. You could also check with your health insurance provider for a reputable referral. Good luck and God Bless.

why don't u just start talking to friends and family like everybody , you can't go on like this always relying on her , it's going to keep getting harder and harder next year it's university and then there work etc.. so for your survival start getting used getting help from people who will always be there for you,
good luck
