best gift you could ever give is your "LOVE" and "YOURSELF" wrapped in whipped cream plus cherry on top ;P trust me that's a birthday he will never forget!!!

think about it; hes turning 18,he'll either be in colledge or working.Try something that he would really apreciate,"other than having you as a best friend".Hope this helps

Gee, you know him better than anyone, what are his interests?? If he is into fishing get him some fishing stuff, if he is into cars get him seatcovers, if he likes music get him some cds.....
