Way too broad a question to answer.

First off, the same as any other person under applicable laws.

Other than that, to follow whatever laws apply to their business, based on whatever their business is and the state/country in which they do business.

Plus any contractual obligations they accept.
Plus any responsibilities arising from any torts the commit.
