Sure, but just pace yourself. Do nothing more than moderate until you retrain your body

Yes workout for sure. Start slow and increase slowly the amount of time you do the cardio, which is considered one of the best ways to lose weight. And join on of the gym classes like Pilattes or Body Pump.

YES you should work out! Do whatever type of workout you want! Just start slow and light. If you do weights, do what is comfortable for you and don't strain or burnout...just keep it simple, and then you can gradually move on to heavier and more frequent stuff...I would suggest if it is your first time, you should spring for a personal trainer and learn as much as you can from that one lesson. It is usually about $100, but well worth it for all the education they will provide.

I would suggest taking it slow at first and working your way up...yes, definently do cardio like walking at an incline really helps burn fat. Weight lift 3-4 times a week and eat plenty of protein but watch carbs/sugar.

you should go for a mile or two brisk walk every evening or morning... good luck it is hard to keep it off, but regular walks are simple, dont cost an arm & leg like a gym membership and you feel good when you do it.
