can i get an algorithm for encrypting text message into an mp3 file?

i am doing a project on encrypting text message/document into an mp3 file. for that i'll need an encryptor to embed a text message into an mp3 file and a decryptor to decode the embedded message. The mp3 file(text embedded) should play as usual.

what you're looking for is called steganography, and it has legal uses, so go for it.
