My high school english teacher was from Iran. He and his friends in college were staging a peaceful protest in Iran. Soldiers arrived, he and his best friend assured his fellow classmates that nothing would happen because it was a peaceful protest and the soldiers were their brothers. The soldiers opened fire, his friend fell to the ground, his white robes soaked with blood and all around his classmates were being gunned down. He barely escaped with his life. This is Iran.

It is a Frank Miller movie; reality and sense have no place in it.
