Although in multiple choice questions, when more than one answer is correct ( in this case A, C, and D are ALL correct) they should all count. MOST educators, however, violate this rule all the time and hide behind the "select the BEST answer" instruction. It is a false premise and would never be found on licensing exams, etc. due to the inherent legal problems.

A is the answer. An imperative sentence or command is ordinarily used to make a demand or request: Take out the trash.
